Return of goods

All goods purchased in the online store onezerocosmetics.lv, onezerocosmetics.com, onezerocosmetics.lt are covered by a warranty and buyers have the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Latvian legislation, which stipulates that when shopping online, the buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Latvia No. 207 “Regulations on distance contracts”).

 

RETURN OF GOODS:

  • The buyer must inform us of their intention to return the goods within 14 days after receiving the goods by notifying the online store by e-mail info@onezerocosmetics.lv or by calling +371 26110801.
  • A cancellation can only be requested by presenting a document confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice, delivery note or receipt). When returning the product, it must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Section 12, Part 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product, while exercising the right to refuse”.
  • SIA Crystal Rose reserves the right to deny the buyer the right of withdrawal or withhold compensation in the event of a damaged product. Products cannot be returned if the original packaging is opened or damaged.
  • Products whose use (or non-use) cannot be determined cannot be returned. For example, body and hair care products whose shelf life is short and directly depends on the day the package was opened (the package has an “opened package” sign, indicating that the expiration date starts from the moment the package is opened).
  • In the event of a return, the buyer covers the shipping costs, except in cases where the reason for the return is non-conformity with the order or a defect (the sprayer does not work, the lid is broken, the glass is cracked, etc.).
  • Items purchased on sale cannot be returned, but can be exchanged for another item or a gift card of the same value.
  • SIA Crystal Rose guarantees the buyer a refund as soon as possible, but no later than within 10 calendar days, after receiving the returned package.
