Usage: Heat your body in a sauna, bath or shower for 5-7 minutes. Wet a glove, squeeze out excess water and put the glove on your palm. Firmly slide the glove up and down to remove dead skin cells. Rinse your body with warm water to make your skin glow. Use once a week.
